convenient motorway stopover

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for breaking up a long journey. the blackout curtains ensured a dark room. the shower was warm and powerful in the morning. i liked the comfy beds!!!

i received a nice welcome from the reception lady upon arrival. the staff were great and helpful throughout my stay. they came up with a plan to fix the toilet until a maintenance man could come to the site. staff was amazing.

the location was acceptable close to the motorway it suited my travel plans well for an overnight rest stop
the room was quite warm even with the heating off the small window did little to improve airflow i found the pillows rather uncomfortable and struggled to sleep well

Adequate for a stopover

spacious room comfy bed dusty lampshades damp smell
The room was spacious. The bed was also comfortable and i slept well (it's always a win when you sleep well). The staff i encountered were kind and tried to help as much as possible. Trish, the manager, told me about the food options available on-site.
The lampshades looked dusty. I also noticed some spiders in the room (i'm not a fan of spiders). I felt there was a slight damp smell in the air. One of the light bulbs was not working.
